• Working on Identifying Missing Traffic Signs in Uncontrained roads.
• Overseeing the annotations tasks for MTSVD (Missing Traffic Signs Video Dataset), the largest publicly accessible dataset for missing objects, and managing the annotation team.
• Automated annotations by incorporating SORT-Tracker, fine tuned the tracks by writing a coordinate extrapolation script for missed frames, and prepared automated annotations in several formats like JSON, MS-COCO and CVAT-for-Video, for increasing annotation efficiency.
• Exploring Attention modules, Context Reasoning, Classification and Semantic Segmentation for detecting missing traffic signs, along with GradCam visuals for better interpretations.

Research Intern

National Institute of Technology, Goa

• Worked on contactless monitoring of the respiratory rate in humans using Infrared thermography.
• Implemented digital filters for signal processing in MATLAB and performed comparitive analysis of different FIR and IIR filters.
• Implemented scripts to automate classification of breathing signals into categories like bradypnea and tachypnoea, using Random-Forest Classifier, and visualized breathing data using the t-SNE algorithm.
• Developed a custom trained, real-time nostril detection algorithm using YOLO and YOLO-tiny for continuous and robust acquisition of the breathing signals.

Data Science Intern

Marktine Solutions, MNIT Jaipur Innovation and Incubation Cell (MIIC)

• Assigned on the project ’vriti.ai’, aimed at automating resume parsing and summarization using CNN’s and NLP, for efficient recruitment in industries.
• Developed a resume parser using regex, and Google Tesseract OCR. Custom trained a named entity recognition model using Spacy, and trained CNN models in Keras.
• Implemented interactive data visualizations and developed a custom holiday-counter application using the Calendarific API.

• Awarded a funded MS in CSE by IIIT Hyderabad.

• Awarded Best Student Project by the Dept. of Information Technology, Manipal University Jaipur, for the final year project work.
